Your Role with Us
As our Senior Civil/Structural Engineer, you will lead the civil and structural components of diverse projects, directly impacting both project success and the company’s growth. Your expertise will ensure the delivery of safe and efficient designs that adhere to industry standards while promoting collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Impact and Responsibilities
• Prepare and review detailed engineering documentation, including designs, calculations, analyses, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports, while ensuring they are safe and compliant with industry codes and standards, and adhering to quality standards and industry best practices.
• Provide civil and structural engineering design, analysis and modification services for structures and foundations for equipment, piping, platforms, and skid packages.
• Develop site drainage plans and grading designs.
• Create and standardize templates for commonly issued project documents/calculations to improve efficiency.
• Offer technical support to project teams, provide guidance on technical issues, and resolve design and construction challenges.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and other professionals to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and technologists, fostering their professional development and technical skills.
• Conduct site visits for data collection and analysis as required to inform design decisions and project execution.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Civil/Structural Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience in fast-paced, technically driven, project-based environments.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• P.Eng. designation (APEGA and/or APEGS preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, codes, and standards
• Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and STAAD.Pro. Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) may also be beneficial.
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
