As a Project Execution Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the successful completion of our projects, ensuring all aspects from planning to completion are managed efficiently and effectively. To thrive in this role, you will need to adopt a strong collaborative mindset with clients, vendors and Integra personnel to achieve team success. Your efforts will directly influence our company’s growth and the success of our projects.
Impact and Responsibilities
• Estimate project costs and establish comprehensive schedules and work programs.
• Monitor project progress to ensure completion within budget and timeline.
• Procure contract services required to execute construction in the shop and onsite.
• Perform progress and QC inspections both shop and field environments. Track materials and complete all required documentation for these tasks.
• Coordinate multi-discipline trades for shop fabrication assemblies.
• Read and interpret fabrication and installation drawings, including piping, mechanical, structural and civil drawings.
• Review and approve vendor drawings and inspection test plans.
• Collaborate with Integra personnel to ensure quality standards are met.
• Engage directly with vendors, clients and tradespeople to resolve issues and provide actionable clarifications.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Execution Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess:
• Demonstrable leadership skills and exceptional communication abilities, enabling strong connections across the company.
A proven track record in project coordination, preferably within construction or oil and gas, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in tracking project progress, managing documentation and performing QC inspections.
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure quality standards are met and projects are executed smoothly.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude, capable of thriving amidst changing project demands and priorities.
• Experience in fast-paced, technically driven, project-based environments.
Qualifications
• Engineering Technologist diploma, registered as a C.E.T. or a P. Tech, Journeyman Welder or Pipefitter.
• In-depth understanding of various pieces of equipment used in oil and gas design, including vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, coolers, heaters, rotating equipment, packaged equipment, valves and steam generators.
• Knowledge of material selection, welding procedures, fabrication and construction techniques and processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
