We are seeking a mature, reliable, and responsible individual to join our dynamic team at SHEEPSKIN LOFT! Customer Service & strong passion for promos and marketing on Social Media platforms. Your responsibilities will include: Educate and inform customers about the numerous benefits of Sheepskin and other wellness products. Update our products and brands on current promotions and events through facebook & Instagram Building strong relationships with customers to inspire loyalty. Recommending additional and complementary products to enhance the customer experience. Completing transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. Create engaging social media content, including posts and video reels, to promote products, events, and promotions. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure you are confident in educating our customers. Desired Candidate Attributes: A natural leader who is team-oriented and goal-driven. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Self-motivated and eager to learn. Previous retail experience of at least 1 year would be considered an asset. Basic computer skills are required. Marketing education or experiences is a definite asset. This is a permanent position, 5 days a week with at least 3 Saturday shifts per month. Flexibility is truly appreciated Wages are par for education on required position.
