Head of Coaching

We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Coaching to lead our team of trainers, elevate our coaching standards, and help shape the future of Viking Strength. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop the coaching team to ensure high-quality training and member satisfaction. Design and implement effective training systems and standards for both group and individual programs. Oversee onboarding and ongoing education of all coaches. Work closely with management to drive gym culture, retention, and performance results. Support business growth through member engagement, events, and community initiatives. Qualifications: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSEP, NSCA CSCS, NASM, ACE, ISSA, CanFitPro, or equivalent). 3–5+ years of coaching/training experience with demonstrated leadership skills. Previous supervisory or management experience in a fitness setting strongly preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and motivational skills.
