Location: Lloydminster, AB Canada Pay:- 22-25 an hour. Position:- Permanent Full-time. Position Overview: As the Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service. You will work closely with the manager to lead our staff, enhance customer experiences, and drive sales. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Manager in daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial performance. Train, motivate, and supervise staff to ensure they deliver outstanding customer service. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Assist in menu planning, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales. Contribute to creating a positive and engaging work environment. Qualifications: Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of inventory management and financial principles.
