Title of Position: Cook Business Address: 6217 44 St, Lloydminster, AB T9V 1V8 No# of Positions: 1 Terms of Employment: Full time permanent Language Requirement(s): English Wage: $22 per hour Hours (each week): 35 Location of work: 6217 44 St, Lloydminster, AB T9V 1V8 Education: Diploma in cooking is an asset Work Experience: 1 year experience Job Duties: • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef • Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers • Oversee kitchen operations • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment • Clean kitchen and work area to keep a sanitized work area • May set up and oversee buffets • May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies. • May hire and train kitchen staff as well as transfer skills • Other duties that apply Job Requirements: • Punctual • Attention to detail • Able to stand for long periods • Flexibility to work on shifts, evenings and weekends • Quick learner • Able to work at fast pace • Good communication skills • Able to work well as a team or individually Please send your resume to shangrila.hr06@gmail.com.
