Steel Production Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Steel Production Labourer to join our team in the steel drum manufacturing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production of high-quality steel drums, ensuring all processes are performed efficiently and safely while maintaining the standards of quality expected by the company. Job Description (includes but is not limited to): •Steel Drum Assembly: Assist in the fabrication of steel drums. •Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished products. •Inspection & Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with safety standards and customer specifications. •Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment and the production area to ensure a safe and organized workspace. •Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members and production supervisors to meet daily production targets. •Wear all required PPE and follow and enforce all company rules and policies; •Other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Competencies: •Ability to receive work instructions; •Ability to read English and be able to follow written procedures; •Ability to work independently and manage time effectively; •Exceptional positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
