Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable financing options.
• Work with financial institutions to secure competitive financing rates and terms.
• Clearly explain financing packages, warranties, and additional services to customers.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding automotive financing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in finance, sales, or customer service (automotive industry experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and dealership management systems is an asset.
