The Board of Directors of the Lloydminster Region Health Foundation (LRHF) is currently accepting applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
This is an exciting and meaningful leadership opportunity for a dynamic individual who is passionate about community health and philanthropy. As CEO, you will play a key role in shaping the future of health and wellness initiatives in the Lloydminster region, while strengthening community relationships and fostering donor engagement.
About the Role
As the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for the overall strategic leadership, operational management, and financial sustainability of the Foundation. Working closely with the Board of Directors, the CEO will be tasked with advancing the mission, vision, and values of the organization while building strong partnerships with donors, healthcare professionals, community stakeholders, and regional partners.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary and strategic leadership for the organization.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
  • Lead fundraising efforts, including major gifts, donor stewardship, campaigns, and events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, donors, healthcare partners, and volunteers.
  • Act as the primary spokesperson and advocate for the Foundation.
  • Work closely with the Board to ensure strong governance, transparency, and accountability.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma or degree in business, healthcare, nonprofit management, or a related field.
  • A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered.
  • CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) designation is considered a strong asset, or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Proven leadership experience in a nonprofit, healthcare, or philanthropic setting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of and connection to the Lloydminster community and surrounding region is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Compensation
Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
