Assure Occupational Testing is seeking a highly organized & professional Receptionist. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing front end operations and assisting management with critical tasks.

• Is a naturally gifted communicator and leader
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high stress situations
• Proficient in MS Word, Quickbooks, Excel, Canva and all things computers
• Dynamic, friendly and professional
• Brilliant team player
• 2 years experience in receptionist/ administrative role
• Experience in medical field is an asset
• Decisive, Assertive, Confident, Kind
• Able to handle confrontation with poise, assertiveness and grace
• Valid driver’s license
• Willing to lift boxes, clean floors, & hold doors if that’s what it takes to get it done
• Is always learning, growing, and being stretched
• Works hard but also likes to have fun while getting things done!
• Willing to be part of staff volunteering events in our community

• ‘Master’ of the Front Desk
• Greet guests & onboard new clients
• Report results & manage all paperwork
• Book appointments & manage calendar
• Manage payments & minor bookkeeping entries
• Prepare daily Purolator shipping packages
• Communicate with 3^rd Party agencies & physicians
• Create training and promotional materials
• Drug & alcohol testing (training provided)
• Optimize communication system to enhance accuracy of communication
• Administrative and clerical duties, including calibrations, inventory and office cleaning
• Work closely with management assisting with special projects
• Stay up-to-date with drug and alcohol testing industry regulations and trends
• Maintain confidentiality of information and records
