Administrative Specialist

$20.00-$22.00 hourly/38.35 hours per week
Permanent/full time - starting as soon as possible
Language - English
Education - College, CEGEP or other non-university or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience.
On site - work must be completed at the physical location. No option to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
Tasks
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team.
- Answer electronic enquiries.
- Type and proofread correcspondence, forms and other documents
Computer & technology knowledge - MS Excel, MS Word, MS Windows, MS Office. Accounting software, Electronic mail.
Technical terminology - financial & business
Area of Specialization:

- Charts, tables, graphs and diagrams.
