Account Technician
Famos Consulting has an immediate opening for a full-time team member! Starting out in administration, we will train you from the ground up. Perfect your customer service and reception skills, data entry for payables and receivables, and maintenance of filing systems. Grow into payroll support, month end preparation and much more!
This entry-level position provides the opportunity to learn and master multiple programs including Sage, QuickBooks Online, email management software and payable coding systems. Cross train within payables and receivables, learning not only data entry, but approval portals and business AP/AR management.
We provide learning opportunities and encourage professional development to grow and advance within the company.
Your role will include:
Administration:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support (mail, scan, copy, etc.)
- Answering phones, providing customer service and directing incoming clients & vendors
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies
- Prepare and modify documents
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
- Completing special projects as assigned
- Payables
- Data entry in various accounting programs
- Payable coding
- Receivables
- Monthly statements
- Portal submissions & approval processing
- Weekly AR reports support
- Payroll Support
- Timecard entry
