Bartenders & Servers – The Sticks Billiards & Lounge
The Sticks is hiring experienced Bartenders and Servers to join our team.
We’re a long-running pool hall, bar, and events venue with live music, karaoke, leagues, tournaments, and private functions. Looking for reliable people who can keep the floor and bar moving during busy nights while delivering solid, friendly service.
What You’ll Do
- Serve drinks and food efficiently and accurately
- Keep the bar and floor clean, stocked, and organized
- Handle cash, cards, and POS transactions
- Work as a team during live music, karaoke, sports nights, and events
- Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere for regulars and first-time guests
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bar or serving experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized when it’s busy
- Reliable, on-time, and professional
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and event nights
- Smart Serve certified (or willing to get certified quickly)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift cases of product
