Vice Principal - Holy Rosary High School
Applications are invited for the position of Vice Principal at Holy Rosary High School, commencing August 25, 2026.
Along with a full-time Principal, this Vice Principal position is granted 100% administrative release time. Two additional Vice Principals complete the shared administrative time allocation for the school.
Holy Rosary High School is a dual track (English and French Immersion) Professional Learning Community providing a caring, Catholic environment for students in Grades 8 through 12. The school administration team works collaboratively with staff to offer a wide range of exceptional academic and extracurricular programs.

There are several responsibilities unique to each Vice Principalship at Holy Rosary High School. As a member of the leadership team, specific responsibilities are assigned to this position. The successful candidate will demonstrate competence in the following areas:
Faith Leadership
- Models’ active involvement in a Catholic faith community, both within and beyond the school environment
- Supports teachers’ understanding of Grades 8–12 Saskatchewan curriculum
- Applies curricular knowledge and principles of excellent instruction to establish and achieve student achievement goals
- Plans and monitors effective, goal driven- assessment practices
- Manages subject specific- data collection
- Regularly reviews data to identify trends and establish direction for improving student achievement
- Collaborate with the school administrative team to determine actions and implements agreed upon
- Utilizes division structures to support and provide critical feedback to teachers and support staff
- Provides daily oversight of the RTI (Response to Intervention) process
- Uses evolving data to set deadlines, monitor progress, and follow up on student success
- Collaborate with teachers and subject based- learning teams
- Engages significantly with families as part of supporting student success
