Front Desk Customer Service/Support
Viking Strength is adding to our team! We are hiring for a full time customer service/ support staff.
As a Front Desk Staff member at Viking Strength, you will be the first point of contact for our members. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks. Your excellent communication skills and friendly personality will help us maintain the high standards of customer service that our members expect.
Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-Greet Members and check in with a friendly positive attitude
-Handling member sign ups and check ins
-Provide information about our gym (give tours), memberships and classes
-Managing phone calls, emails and member inquiries
-Assisting with membership audits
-Light admin work
-Cleaning duties and organization both at the front desk and throughout the gym
-Make sale posters etc for print and social media
-Manage appointment bookings for personal trainers
-Processing payments and credit transactions
-Address and resolve any member concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
The right candidate will possess the following qualifications:
-Excellent customer service skills
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
-Basic knowledge of gym equipment and fitness terminology is an advantage
-Proficient in using computer systems and office software
-A positive attitude and a passion for health and fitness
-Detail oriented
-Can work efficiently on their own and be a team player
-Able to meet deadlines for reports etc.
