Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper Position: Permanent, Full time Employment Opportunity
*Starts as soon as possible - $22.00 hourly/40 hours per week

Language - English

Education - College, CEGEP or non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years - or equivalent experience.

Experience - 3 years to less than 5 years

On site -  must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work Setting - Willing to relocate, private sector

Tasks - keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. Maintain general ledgers and financial statements. Post journal entries. Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports. Prepare tax returns. Prepare trial balance of books. Reconcile accounts.

MS Excel, Outlook, Word
MYOB
Quick Books
Simply Accounting
Word processing software
