Given the potential impact, cost, time and effort involved in recruiting talent, recruitment and selection process needs to be well thought through and delivered. “Introduction to Effective Recruitment/ Onboarding” will explore effective and efficient ways of recruitment and the onboarding process.
The second session will suggest six ways to help you foster a climate of belonging and inclusion. It starts at the roots of workplace happiness: feeling welcomed, acknowledged and included!
With the potential inclusion of automation and AI in workplaces, discussions around the importance of competencies are becoming more prominent and frequent.
The third session on “Competencies & critical skills” will discuss effective ways to focus on competencies as well as development and transferability of skills for organizations.
HR in a Box workshops are hands-on, with an emphasis on group discussion and case studies. Each session provides opportunities to share ideas, work together on strategies, develop practical solutions to real issues and take away tips and tools to implement at your workplace.
