Developing Indigenous Partnerships in the Prairies
After successful events for more than 10 years, Lloydminster will host the 14th Economic Partnership Summit on Thursday, September 24, 2026. The event will include educational sessions that evaluate successful indigenous and non-indigenous business partnerships.
The event is from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.Pipe ceremony will start at 7:45 AM; it is optional to come earlier and participate.
Keynote Speakers:
- Ian Gladue; the founder of Mitsoh, a nationally recognized Indigenous-owned food company bringing traditional foods like pemmican and dry meat to retailers across Canada.
- Chief Robert Louie; an Officer of the Order of Canada and longtime Chief of Westbank First Nation, recognized for advancing Indigenous self-governance and economic development, including leading the landmark Westbank Self-Government Agreement and championing national Indigenous land and business initiatives.
Business Connections: Covers registration for one person and you receive a booth in the room to coordinate business meetings and display company material for $225.00.
