About Us
Established in the early 1970's and incorporated as a non-profit society in 1997, the Lloydminster Learning Council Association (LLCA) functions to coordinate, encourage and promote lifelong learning within the community of Lloydminster. The LLCA belongs to a network of over 80 Learning Councils in Alberta.
The Lloydminster Learning Council Association received the Chamber of Commerce Non-Profit of the Year Award in 2001.
